When the order is placed, a tailored (Solid Work) three-dimensional design is made that the customer will then position in its line layout.
Our technical department has 8 designers who are orienting experts.
The 3D designs are drawn up with the Solid Works programme used by millions of technicians throughout the world.

Owing to the design created by one of our technical designers who are experts in 3D Solid Works orienting, used by millions of technicians in the world, the customer can see what he has ordered directly on his line and thus check its overall dimensions and alignments.
The dispatch of a preliminary 2D design provides an immediate idea of the system, which will then be developed as a three-dimensional design.

ALFATRE products are tailored to customer requirements. In this way, the standards are customized whilst maintaining high technical efficiency.
Our warehouse holds most spare parts to avoid unnecessary interruptions to production.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Our systems are tested thoroughly at ALFATRE before delivery. The machine is always tested by our qualified technicians, who may be assisted by the customer’s technical staff.
Once the machine has been tested it will be supplied with detailed documentation that will help the customer during the installation phase. Installation can be carried out, if requested beforehand, by our staff on your premises, just like the final acceptance test with the line running.
